Eagle Brand Recipes Pretzels on Fruit

Directions:
In heavy saucepan melt desired amount of Eagle Brand® Coating over low heat, stirring frequently. With fork, dip pretzels, cherries with stems, large fresh strawberries or other fruit into warm candy coating: let excess coating drip off. Place on aluminum foil-or wax paper-lined baking sheet. Chill 30 minutes or until firm. Store covered in refrigerator.

*Hold coating over hot water. If coating becomes too firm, warm over low heat, stirring frequently.

Tip: Remove excess moisture from fruit with paper towel before dipping.
